The smartphone industry is evolving day by day with new technologies and features. The competition is also increasing with many brands launching their new devices.
But in this competitive market, there are very few phones which offer the best value for money. Realme GT Neo 2 is one of those phones which offer great value for money.
The phone comes with a 6.62-inch display, is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, and packs a 5000mAh battery. The device runs on Android 11.
It is packed with features and is priced very competitively. So, let’s take a look at the phone and see what it has to offer.
DESIGN
Realme company makes their product dash out with a top-notch design, so Realme GT Neo 2 does not hold back this feature.
The brilliant technology behind the full saturation and contrast with a matte glossy finish, make it classic among all Realme Neo series thanks to the AG (Anti-glare Glass) protector back rating 9H graphite pencil (Scratch Resistance) that resist fingerprint or smudges.
Realme partners with one of the World Globe Technologies that Improves the Contrast of Media (HDR 10+) to achieve a better resolution for all users to have a good details view to watch their best-loved videos on this device.
Realme GT Neo 2 display on E4 AMOLED panel that highlights 15% efficient power with a high peak brightness (1300) that makes it easy for users to use their device under direct sunlight without struggling.
Still more convenient in low-light conditions with the feature of DC Dimming.

EXPERIENCE WITH REALME GT NEO 2 DESIGN
Realme GT Neo 2 Design |
This is one of the color variants of Realme GT Neo 2 (NEO Black) I guess the luster gradient design is another Realme modern design.
The Neo Black I got, does come with a gradient design but is not visible like its other variants. But I do like it, it feels comfortable to grip, looks more mature, and not too flashing.
Its glass back is made of AG glass (9H graphite pencil, Scratch Resistance), which is one of the toughness glasses in the Tempered glass lineage with a matte finish that makes it quite slippery.
In addition, it does not support any IP Rating (Water/Dust/Splash Resistance) which I think is kind of a downside for a smartphone like this. I mean it is a mid-range smartphone with a descending amount of $500.
Realme GT Neo 2 Display |
The 4th Gen (Super AMOLED) Realme GT Neo 2 supported indeed matches its characteristics; High-resolution, Timeless response, Low Battery Consumption, and More than enough contrast for a smooth view.
Based on Realme Remarks, "Its power efficiency can still be compared to that of E3 AMOLED display" but still no skimp any features for me with my day-to-day activities.
Its brightness might not be the best or ever seen but suit outdoors under direct sunlight with a good view.
Like I said earlier, its brightness is more considerate and vice-versa for users, both in low light and daylight use.
Realme GT Neo 2 OS |
Speaking about GT Neo 2 OS, it no doubt that it comes with an incredible UI/UX design with immense experience which I can say in its own class despite the fact it runs on Realme UI 2.0 and Android 11 version; words can't seem to explain how cool it OS is.
But I'll list some features you should expect from the UI 2.0 it runs;
- RAM Optimization and Increases of Virtual RAM
- Widget
- Eye Comfort
- Image Sharpener
- Nature Tone Display
- New Live Wallpaper
- Sidebar (Ability to keep your favorite apps floating at the side of the screen)
- Customizable Always-on display
- Edge lighting
- Fingerprint Amination
- Personalization, and more...
The features listed are based on the ones we could spot. So as the Android 11 version focuses on the UI/UX design which can be upgradeable to the latest Realme Version.

EXPERIENCE REALME GT NEO 2 PERFORMANCE
If there is more to expect from this device it should be its minor downside which depends on your need.
In my opinion, it's a phone worth its price, it is also one among its competitors that support some additional flagship high-end specifications with a Large Vapour Area (4129mm²) to cool the device system.

The Realme GT Neo 2 is a great phone for those who want a high-end smartphone without spending a lot of money. It has a large display, a powerful processor, and a lot of storage space.
The only downside is that it doesn't support IP Rate, Wireless charging, and SDCard. However, if you're looking for a great phone at a great price, the Realme GT Neo 2 is a great option.
